to welcome our new Executive Chef Andrew Feeley

A large Italian family who cherishes tradition and celebrates good food has long influenced Executive Chef Andrew Feeley to pursue a career as a professional chef. Since a young age, Andrew knew that he was destined to work with food. Born in Wilmington, DE, Andrew graduated from Salesianum High School prior to attending the Restaurant School of Philadelphia on Walnut Hill. In 2005 he received his B.A. in Culinary Arts and Food Sciences and began his career at the prestigious Deux Chiminee in Philadelphia, studying under Chef Fritz Blank. Andrew continued to work around Philadelphia at places including World Café Live and Bistro M on the Mainline, before heading closer to home, beginning a seven year career at Wilmington’s finest restaurant The Green Room at Hotel DuPont. Other Wilmington-based restaurants Andrew has worked include the late restaurant 821 and Domaine Hudson. In the summer of 2010, Andrew moved his wife and young daughter  to the Rehoboth Beach area after taking on the position of Sous Chef at Nage in Rehoboth. Andrew joined the team at Eden as Executive Chef in the Fall of 2011, striving to bring his diverse experiences together to create a fine dining experience that showcases the restaurant’s long standing tagline of ‘Bold American Food’.
